What types of jobs do you accept?
HiredNurses.com exclusively accepts Registered Nurse job openings. All of our candidates are Registered Nurses.

How do you charge?
HiredNurses.com charges on a cost-per-click or cost-per-application basis. Simply complete our sign-up form here to obtain pricing information.

Can HiredNurses.com host my application?
Yes, HiredNurses.com offers a complimentary career center where employers can manage resumes, cover letters and contact information of applicants.

How do you acquire RN candidates?
HiredNurses.com advertises throughout the Internet, including through paid search and social media. HiredNurses also has a database of over 500,000 RNs who receive daily email job alerts with our employers' positions. We use patent-pending, proprietary technology that matches the candidate to the available job opportunity.

Is HiredNurses.com national?
Yes, HiredNurses.com has candidates and jobs throughout the United States.

Where do I go to post my jobs?
Simply complete our sign-up form here.

What type of payments do you accept?
HiredNurses currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH payments and checks.

How do I edit/change my contact information and/or password?
Log in with your current email address and password. Click the Preferences under the greeting in the right hand corner.

Job Posting / Editing / Deleting

Is there a fee to post a job?
Yes. A budget must be set before your jobs go live. You can learn more by signing up to receive more information here.

How do I post a job?
You can post a job by going to the Post a Job button on the right side of the welcome screen when you log in.

Apply Methods: You can select one of three ways candidates can apply. The first is to have resumes emailed to a specific address, the second is to enter an URL where candidates will be redirected, and the third is to use your account on HiredNurses.com to manage your applications.

Applications of candidates who apply by email are stored in your account. We cannot store the candidate's information if we redirect them away from HiredNurses.com as they have just clicked through from our site to yours.

I've posted my job, but I can't find it in the job search results! Help!
It can take up to 1 day for your newly posted job to appear in the search results.

Where can I view a list of jobs that I have posted?
You can manage jobs you have posted by clicking the link "Manage Existing Jobs" on your dashboard or in the menu bar. Please notice the drop down that defaults to Active. You can organize your postings by Active, Incomplete, Expired and Pending.
Note: Only active jobs are returned in your job list. If you would like to view your expired or suspended jobs, you must first click that option in the available filter.

Can I edit a job I've posted?
Access your job list by clicking the Manage Existing Jobs on your dashboard or in the menu bar. Select Edit from the list of action dropdowns to make the desired changes.
Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for your changes to appear on that job when viewed in the search results.

My job has been filled. How can I delete it?
Jobs cannot be deleted. To remove a job from the active list, select Suspend from the action's dropdown on the Manage Existing Jobs page.
